Even if he allegedly passed down nuclear secrets to North Korea and Iran, he didn't pass out actual NUKES (170 nukes) like our government did to Israel as attested by Jimmy Carter. Even though Israel denies having nukes, they clearly do, and they have been provided by us: a clear violation of the international law.
