Why does almost every show on FOX have a British person in it?

I like British people im just wondering why each show has British people?

American Idol--Simon
House-Dr. House
So You Think You Can Dance- Neigel
So You Think You Can Dance-the Host
Hell's Kitchen-Chef Ramsey

did i leave any out?
