Why does Adobe Flash 10 show this error?(READ DETAILS)?

TypeError: Error #1010: A term is undefined and has no properties.
atOhCASTraV3/PositionNC()
atOhCASTraV3/ResizeHandlerNC()

It shows this error on IE too..why though o.0
all i did is dl this and that happens:http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/flashplayer10/flashplayer10_2_p2_32bit_debu

NOTE: the ERROR dosen't affect the program..it just makes popup...program works 100% fine
