I have not needed to record any tv until they started putting Fringe on at the same time as CSI. When I plugged in the VCR, the "tape in" light began flashing. I pushed eject, but there is no tape in the machine. When I put a tape in the slot, it is not accepted. Apparently because the machine is convinced it already has a tape. Any suggestion for clearing this "tape in" situation?
