Why doe Pioneer car stereo shut down while at playing music?

Has anyone had this problem? What was the solution? Thanks in Advance!!!
Actually 2 problems ----> 1 It crashes while listening to music
----> 2 Has trouble reading the usb stick (it used to work fine)

It turns on. Radio works, CD Player works.
