Other than the obvious temperature issue. But even on a hot beach or at home, most people aren't comfortable being in the nude or seeing others in the nude (unless it's a somewhat attractive person of the gender you're attacted to).
No other animal feels embarassed being naked. The need to cover up doesn't seem to have any obvious evolutionary cause; it's unnatural if anything. So why do humans feel the need to cover up their genitalia?
