Im 13. 120lbs. 5'5.
I exercise every second day. I don't understand why i have to eat before and after i exercise. I want to loose weight by the way and by eating lots daily it feels like it immediatley all turns too fat and that exercising isn't enough. and when i eat after i exercise it feels like there's no point of that workout i just did.
I don't understand how you can possibly loose inches and loose fat by eating, eating, eating before and after you exercise. and i don't understand how you can eat meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) everyday if you do not exercise that particular day wouldn't you just eat more calories then you burn and gain weight?
Can't you just eat before you go to the gym, you're muscle will burn fat, don't eat after the workout you're body will take nutrients from you're muscles loosing twice more weight then eating after? makes no sense.
