Why do you have to wait a week to retake your Permit Test for driving?

I just failed my permit test and the questions that i got wrong were only wrong because i misread the questions. I don't feel like i need to wait a week to pass it; i've studied a lot already. Is there anyway that you can take it sooner if you really don't want the extra time to study?
 
no there is no other way to take it earlier, they give you at least 15 days to retake it again because they want you to have more time to study. you just need to be patient.
