Realist horror is designed, as the title says, to be as realistically horrifying as possible. Therefore... it is horror designed to make you think that this could/has happened... and is unsettling because of that.
So.... why do you want to watch that? Why would you enjoy seeing these atrocious stories depicting the worst of earthly experiences and/or human behavior?
