Obviously if service or food is bad, then you have the right. Though I've worked in restaurants for over 5 years now and see the cheap skates that come in for a meal just to be miserable, a pain in the butt, rude.....Why!? We dont come to your work and give you greif. If there was a department to complain about customers i would!
