Why do Yankees, Mets, Red Sox and Cubs fans always whine about getting no respect?

Four teams among the highest payrolls in baseball, they're always on national TV. They get more than their fair share.

I'm being tongue-in-cheek a little. I realize not EVERY Yanks, Sox, Mets and Cubs fan whines.
 
I think us Cubs fans complain more about the team not winning a championship in over 100 years. If they could finally win one I wouldn't care whether or not other fans respected us--after all, it works for Yankee and Bosox fans.
