Why Do Words Keep Turning Bold & Italicized?

On Firefox for some reason my font had turned italicized, I restarted my computer and all of the text wasn't italicized but bold instead. I had tried installing the "arial32.exe" it worked but then whenever I shut off my computer and then turn it on the next day, it turns bold again.
