Why do women paint their toes a different color then their hands?

This always crossed my mind, especially since I have somewhat of a foot fetish. I know all women dont do it, but I always wanted to know why do women paint their toes a different color then their hands most of the time?

You really mean "their finger nails and toe nails". Maybe it is because women like to be colorful, and the only men that you will see with painted nails are not straight.
