Why do women go clubbing then complain about getting hit on?

If you go to a place where there is a lot of clubbing, then most people there have clubs, right? So, there is a good chance you might get hit on. If you don't want to get hit on, don't go to a place where there is clubbing! Am I right?!!?!
And, why are people clubbing each other anyway. Isn't that painful?
