Why do women dance their foot around when their legs are crossed?

Ladies i notice while women are sitting with their legs crossed that they eventually begin to dance the foot on the crossing leg all around rythimically.i see women bouncing the crossed leg sometimes as well and at the same time they are bouncing the foot real fast up and down and moving it around rythimically.Ive never seen a guy doing this but see so many women doing this.Why is this? Something very unique i noticed about women.

I do that, it's usually out of boredom.

I tend to do that. I think its a habit, thats it. I don't know exactly why.
