This is seriously pissin' me off. I'm used to working with mostly men and we're (almost) always professional and understand we each have dreams and goals and we work together to try to obtain them. Women seem to not understand this, and in my new job it's probably about 60-70% women and everyday it's backstabbing, two-faced personal and work related gossip. They even pollute mine and the other men's heads so we have to get involved. The last thing I want to do when I get home from work is think about who I should align myself with and who's backstabbing me.
