Why do White people look strange in the Sunshine?

Hi, has anyone noticed that White people do look odd in the Sunshine, their skin even when tanned, often doesnt look sunkissed nor moist. Plus, it is not safe for them to spend long periods of time in the Sun as it acts as a Carcinogen.
People of Colour also look strange in the Winter, wouldnt you agree?

So, should White people be kept indoors during the Summer? Should people of Colour be kept indoors during the Winter?

This is not a Racist question, this is just a visual observation, wayward or not, and i am not Trolling.
