C cocazero09 Guest Jan 25, 2009 #3 Think about it. The average person sleeps 8-9 hours a day. Can you keep your eyes open, with out blinking for that amount of time? They would dry up. And as for the light, i think it helps us relax. It eliminates all object and helps us be calm. =)
