We often are told about Muslim extremism, yet the far right Zionism that pervades every level of Israel is never given so much as a mention. “We must use terror, assassination, intimidation, land confiscation and the cutting of all social services to rid the Galilee of its Arab population,” said Israel’s founding prime minister, David Ben-Gurion. Why the double standard?

j.swamy; I have no problem with a Jewish state, but I DO have a problem with their expansion of that state by invading & occupying lands that aren't theirs, then brutally subjugating the population, all the while labelling anyone who dares question their actions as anti Semitic

so the picture is painted as a pretty 1 for the jews
 
I think the main reason is that the jewish extremists aren't as brutal as their Palestinian counterparts. The jews just establish settlements (under gun point though), while the Palestinians go after the israeli civilians.

We heard about the guy who murdered the Israeli prime minister in the late 90s.
 
Because Zionism is an important tool of the U.S. imperial machine in an area of the world that is crucial for the Empire to control.

And the Godfather in Washington isn't about to publicize things that make his hitmen look bad.

Because the Israel lobby is one of the most powerful in American politics. If we speak ill of Israeli policy or transgressions, then we are labeled anti-Semitic. What Israel is doing to the Palestinians is considered by many international organizations to be nothing short of genocide.
