i just bought an old side kick and it keep saying "The SIM ID currently in this device is already registered with the T-Mobile service. Contact Customer Care if you have any questions" & i went to go buy a new SIM card & everything but it the same issue keep happening. Than i pressed "returning user" it keep saying "welcome west101! Type your password to go account." & it says to put in the password but i do not know what the password is.
why do this keep happening with my t-mobile sidekick?
