why do they put mercury fillings in teeth?

is it true that it is the most toxic poison known to humans and if it leaks you cant get it out of ur system
 
Hi, from reading the above answers to your questions I had better give you some factual info on the subject.#Yes mercury is used as a filling material but a small amount is mixed with other metals and materials(amalgamated) hence the term amalgam filling. It is the strongest and longest lasting of the filling materials and also the hardest wearing. It also has alot less micro leakage due to shrinking over time(which means decay can form underneath a filling and you wouldnt be aware of it) this happens alot with with white(composite fillings). You are most at risk of exposure to mercury when you are having your filling placed and/or removed.It is stable inside the tooth. This is why they use suction when placing a filling to catch any loose pieces. There is no harden proof that mercury(amalgam) fillings damage your health. Its usually holistics who want all the poison out.

Yes. People who have fillings don't even know that's where most of their health problems are coming from.
They did a test, and took out a kids fillings who kept having heart problems, and put it in a rabbits mouth. That rabbit immediately died of a heart attack, and the kid stopped having problems.
And no they aren't taking mercury out, thats what they're telling people but its a bunch of bull**** because people started questioning it.
Its not the orthodontists fault, they only know as much as their taught in school. Its the people in charge of it all that know well what their doing. Just like they continue to put toxic sodium fluoride in our water and toothpaste and tell us its good for our teeth.
