Why do the moderators over at Bungie.net keep banning me?

Im following the rules, posting on the OFF TOPIC: THE FLOOD is meant for asking stuff thats random/off topic correct? Well I started a thread warning people about a spammer sending a bad link on other threads, and what happens? Disembodied soul(the mod.) decides that I should be banned. Unreal.
 
Yeah Bungie has always been really pathetic when it comes to them and their "rules". This is seen from in-game (with banning ppl who unnecessarily) to banning ppl for really no reason on their website.

Just ignore the fools, they may have the self-appointed power to ban people, but they'll never learn to grow a pair and deal with things they dont like properly. ;)
