Hi, I have a 2000 Honda Civic Ex automatic 120,000 miles good condition bought it 3 yrs ago i been having a problem for a good minute now . It seems to be an electrical problem although I'm not 100% sure about. The problem occurs only when the car is on and engine running, never happens when the car is on but the engine is off if you know what i mean, all the lights including the little buttons on the dash and the inside lights the headlights everything flickers like if the car is dying or if there is a short something. Lights seem to flicker to the motion of the engine. This doesn't happen every time and sometimes it only last a few minutes. Sometimes it happens when I'm driving in the freeway and even the SRS light turns on momentarily. Can anybody identify the problem for me does it have to do with my car rpm idling around 700-800 when not in motion?
