Papa Doc Duvailer of Haiti: 75,000 killed, many more tortured, dissappeared

South Vietnam president Ngo Dinh Diem: massacre of Buddhist monks, 1,500,000 "dissappeared" in the 1950's

Rafael Trujillo of the Dominican Republic: around 300,000 in a nation of only 6 million people (at the time)

Mobutu Sese Seko of Zaire: hundreds of thousands "eliminated", many more imprisoned

Ferdinand Marcos of the Phillippines: tens of thousands murdered, mostly communists, journalists, and democracy activists

Anastazio Somoza Dubayle: hundreds of thousands dead
