Regardless of which news station they watch or which newspaper they read, they fully believe that they are being told the truth and nothing but. The media sensationalizes every single topic they report on and it seems they are out for nothing but ratings and $$$. Or, if you are someone who chooses the lesser of two evils, what leads you to accept one source over another?
