Why do some men just wanna have sex once when its the best sex ever?

Well...recently I finally decided to try something new. So I hooked up with this guy that was looking for the same.At first I was unsure about it so I was looking for an excuse not to show up, but I showed up eventually because he kept insisting on it. So we hit it off REALLY good!!! He said I was the best he's ever had and he really really enjoyed the oral part of it. After a couple of hours we parted ways and mutually agreed to see each other for hooking up. I was excited because I didn't wanna have multiple partners. Well, the next day he txts me and tells me that he feels guilty about hooking up and doesn't think we shud see each other anymore. I don't get it?! Don't guys usually want a girl just for sex? No strings attached?? I guess not.....
 
To guys, there's no such thing as the best ever. As long as they finish, it's always the "best ever".

Maybe he's just too much of a goodie two shoes for the friends with benefits thing, or he realized that he wasn't really into you as much as he'd thought. Or, he was married, and realized that logistically, two relationships would be too hard to maintain.

And... there are always strings... otherwise you wouldn't care that he changed his mind...
