Why do some girls wear pants so tight that it's hiked up the crack of their butt?

Is it comfortable for them? I honestly don't see what would be so comfortable about having anything stuck up your butt. What are some reasons some women wear pants so tight?

It usually appeals nice to people who like big buts in girls and those girls would like to show off their package, Im 18 and I love when girls wear that. I don't think you would find that pleasant if you were under 16. You will find out when you grow older
