Why do so many women deny their femininity? Is this the work of feminism? Or the work of bad parenting?

Why are women so afraid to look and act like a woman? I mean, you can have women rights and end sexism but still make it obvious that there is a difference between men and women (because there is due to our different sexual organs) by dressing and acting differently... So why aren't these women doing this???
