I'm not even talking about economics 101 or economic theory here, just the a basic understanding of the way the National debt works and who accumulated it, etc, and the basics of when and why. Most seem to think that it can only increase and never decrease until it is too late. Is it our credit card mentality? WTF? ??This is not one of life's big mysteries after all. To me it seems a bit like musical chairs- if you know what I mean don't hesitate to render your opinion.
Why do so many people not understand simple economics- as reported on the news?
