why do so many people judge atheist people?

every time I turn around I'm reading something on the internet about atheist people... every time I raise my head people are judging me because I'm atheist... doesn't it say in the bible NOT to judge someone... it is a sin to judge someone... only god should be able to judge someone... but there is one thing wrong with that statement above... I don't believe in god... why does people judge atheist people because of their religion?
 
Likewise, why do so many atheists mock, ridicule and scoff at others just because they believe something that the atheist doesn't believe in?

Is this the pot calling the kettle black? Why are YOU judging and pointing your finger as though YOU were perfect? (Can we say "Hypo-cough-crite" ?)
