Many corporations and other businesses seem to believe that those who perform certain tasks well can also teach them well, when often these top-performers have no teaching experience or credentials, and may in fact be lousy teachers or communicators! Why don't businesses just contract more professional educators to teach subject matter? And why do so many believe that top performance equals top ability to teach?
