It seems anything that is associated with majority black has huge failure and schools has no exception. Virtually all majority blacks schools in NYC, detroit, southen US, and everywhere has a high failure and low success rate.
Ofc ousre, blacs always blame poverty and racism, but even for a very few that do well, blacks envy other blacs for beong successful, moving up, and achieving, hence, these schools get pulled down.
Hence, in majority black schools that have high failure and low success rates, is a black problem and not racism
