...to charge a little more? You aren't forced to pay for anything. I don't understand how someone could get upset over Mcdonalds starting to charge a few cents for a few packs of ketchup, while they're eating their 99c cheeseburger that's as big as their own fist.
If the global economy was doing great, then I'd be a little annoyed too, assuming the price was significant and I even ate there. It costs you more money to make your own food than it is to eat out at a fast food restaurant, unless you like eating plain soup.
