I've never understood this.
I'm always seeing people walking beside their bike, rolling it with them as they go. What's the point of that? why don't they just ride the bike?
I would understand if they were walking it down a hill or something, but they're not most of the time...it's always on the side walk. And I know it can't be because they're tired, dragging a bike around seems like just as much effort.
And before anyone says it, no, their tires weren't popped. I can tell.
These people weren't going on 5 hour bike rides, they were walking home from school or the store.
