Why do people think you are stuck-up if you lead a different lifestyle?

She alway says I am stuck-up, judgmental, prude and open-minded because I do not act like her.

My friend is a more of a party type person. She likes to drink, she hooks up with guys, she loves to have fun.

I do not judge her for the way she acts. Why does she think I act like I am better than because I do not the same things she does?

Furthermore, my sister acts the way as she does, she always trying to tell my sister to not a be a slut.

because they envy that sort of lifestyle and they can not meet the criteria or expectations of that lifestyle itself therefore they hound on someone who knows how to work their way up to meet the expectations of their chosen lifestyle.

Just talk to your sister about it and tell her that it's better to be orinal than copying others.

People who are themselves very judgmental, always accuse OTHERS of being judgmental. Do with it what you will.

Because she experiences guilt over her actions.

You don't need to point fingers and judge her because you feel no guilt about your own actions. Pretty simple.

I generally find that it is the people whom are willing to label you and judge you without any actual reasonable thought are the ones whom are stuck up.

As in, "I think you are such and such, and i don't have to explain myself because i am always right".

/resists urge to rage.

edit; i mean, look at the way you talk about the people who badmouth you, you are FAR more reasonable towards them than they are towards you.

Because you've changed, and they don't approve. Doesn't matter if you changed for the better, you didn't get their approval first. Change frightens people.
