Just because they had one of the worst seasons in the history of the NBA doesn't mean that they'll repeat it the next season. Last I checked, majority of the franchise has been done over. The Nets now have a new (billionaire) owner, a new general manager, a new head coach and a new-looked roster surrounding their star players Devin Harris and Brook Lopez. With the talent that they have now, they're a superstar away from actually becoming a contender in the East. Yeah, they missed out on some of the top free agents. However, they have a chance to bring a superstar to their team via trade that would really make their team a whole lot better. Why do people talk trash about the Nets and think that they'll finish as the worst team again, next season?
