Why do people think that GM is not still owned by the Government?

I've seen people say that they have paid back all their loans and are no longer owned by the government, but it just isn't true. WE still own about 36% and the stock will have to trade at around $50 for us to break even. Think that is ever gonna happen?
Wow. Controlling interest has to be 51%? They don't teach business in grade school. do they?
