why do people think it is so weird that i never want to get married?

they look at me like i am crazy or inexperienced.It's really annoying.I don't want to get married! I like my alone time without sharing it with a significant other.The added bonus is no relationship drama and cheating worries.can't go wring there.

of course I thought about it before.i just am not that passionate about it and more than likely never will be.
 
I think it's difficult for people to understand someone who is against a society norm. Marriage is considered a part of life, and while it's perfectly normal to not want to get married (I don't either), people can't handle the idea that we're allowed to make that decision.
