They do sometimes screw up at pizza hut...for a chain restaurant it isn't as consistent as it should be.

Not really sure. It's by far the worst of all the chain pizza places. If you have to eat at a chain instead of a good local pizza joint then go for Papa Johns or Dominoes. Pizza Hut tastes like bad frozen pizza.

When i ate Pizza hut for the first time over the summer it wasn't that bad, i just prefer the Cinnamon sticks with icing =]

Yeap, Pizza Hut pizza sucks. The tomato sauce doesn't taste like tomato sauce, and everything is in the middle

the only reason that i ever got pizza hut pizza is because my mom had a gift card there so instead of it being wasted we used it. but their pizza is disgusting.the breadsticks are ok, really disgusting and messy where i live at.
