...election is over? I saw people driving around with Kerry bumper stickers years after the election had ended. I am seeing a lot of McCain and Obama stickers on cars now. Why not take those off? The election is over. Also, what is with these "Don't blame me, I voted for ______" (fill in the blank)? No one would blame you, anyway, so don't sweat it? Right?
I am enjoying your answers! By the way, anyone who would key someone's car over a bumper sticker needs professional help.
I have a Subaru but no bumper stickers on it. I am not against bumper stickers, but I personally think they look tacky plus I agree with the others who pointed out how tough it is to get them off. I would think they can mess up your paint job. Nice response by the person who said now he can only sell his car to democrats!
 
Part laziness and part because the glue may be so strong that it would take a little effort to remove them. Sorry for the boring unfunny answer but why else?
 
Here in Vermont and Maine, these old stickers cover the rusted out metal on cars that are way past their prime. It's just that the states take all of those poor peoples money and spend it on lazy lowlifes in exchange for a vote come next election. Some vehicles still carry FDR and LBJ for president. Sorry about these poor ole people, but their plight is offset by their giving til it hurts.
