MY NABOUR HAS 1 british shorthair and 1 bengal she keeps them in a cat pen why? its like a cat shed

DO any of use do it? isnt it crewl it has a heater and decoorated nice

It's fun for the cats to be outside for a change. inside the pen, they cannot run away and get injured. It is not cruel. Unless your neighbor dosen't have any shade over them and it is really hot outside.

Nope my cats are allowed to be cats !
They go out in the fresh air, catch mice, eat grass and lay in the sunshine!

Shame on your neighbour, those poor cats must have a terrible life

EDIT
Hang on....everyone who has given me a thumbs down,
I live in England where are cats are quiet safe if you dont live on a main road. We dont have problems with wild animals and dogs. Most cats in England are indoor/outdoor cats

They probably do this, so the cat can have outdoor, and without being a prey to other animal, and not get lost or hit by car. Just make sure your neighbor does not leave them in the heat.. if they do, call the animal care control.

It's not cruel. Cats love the outdoors but it's too dangerous to let them out by themselves. Having them in a cat kennel or something similar lets them be outside, lets them experience the outdoors without the risk of being hit by a car, attacked by dogs or by kids who think it's fun to "torture cats" And don't be surprised they exist all over the place. I see it all the time.

More people should invest in cat kennels or harnesses and leashes so that their safer indoor cats can satisfy the cravings that nature gave to them.
