I'm in the US Army and almost every time I meet a person in the USCG we get into a discussion about the things that are different from the Army and the CG. Then I tell them "It's a good thing you're not in the military" and they go off on me. I don't mean it in a bad way but the USCG is not a military branch? Why does this offend them?
