...is in Romans 1:26-1:28? When you read the two verses found there, you will see that that God gave the rebellious up unto vile affections and gave them over to a reprobate mind. The rebellious spoken of here are those who serve their lusts and themselves instead of serving God. These two verses are as plain can be to me, so I don't see why there's a need to have a debate over whether it's a choice or not. It is a choice - they chose to disobey, so God gave up on them! That's why they're in that predicament. End of story.
