Why do people complain about WWE "Rejects" in TNA?

TNA is just basically giving the chance for their talents to shine...take a look at these superstars and how they were being held back in the WWE

The Pope
Mr. Anderson
Matt Morgan
RVD (most of his career in the WWE he was stuck in the mid card)
Ric Flair (he wasn't allowed to cut the awesome promos he's doing right now in TNA)
