Why Do People Blind From Birth Use The Same Facial Expressions Sighted People Use?

Even as babies, before talking. Smiling for joy, Crying for sadness, etc.

More importantly: does this have anything to do with morality? Perhaps a built-in connection to standard emotions and morals?
