why do people argue against the Virgin Birth but accept IVF treatment's?

God has given man the knowledge to perform IVF treatment's in which a woman can conceive a child as a virgin. it stands to reason that God could have easily performed such a feat with the birth of his own Son, our saviour Jesus Christ. why do people still argue this?
 
I don't know, but I really Like your reasoning ability.
the fact that mary remained a virgin and got pregnant, I didn't know christians argued about it.
