Why do people argue about Religion when none of us are right anyway?

I mean think about this. Whenever someone argues. They automatically assume they are right. Yet a good skeptic asks questions because he/she wants to be convinced. But we all have a different perception and we all have different experiences. Everything we have seen, done, how we've grown, how we've lived. Has all shaped us into our beliefs. Yet we will think that one of us is more right than the other. Just because we may have a closer belief to that particular person that matches who we've turned out to be. We would never agree with someone in oppositional points. It just seems odd that we can't all just admit we are confused. And the entire reason we talk about Religion. Is because no matter what we settle with and label ourselves as. We are still confused and always will be.
Alex,
You do realize that facts constantly change right? What separates fact from opinion? A fact is an opinion that is supported by evidence. Sometimes however, The evidence doesn't prove reliable forever. We do not know how old the universe is for sure. What we have is our own discoveries and our own reliable and even sometimes unreliable facts as references to our knowledge. My friend, We simply cannot understand how everything in the universe works exactly. We may claim to, But it is impossible for one brain with limited capacity to understand a universe that is unlimited.
