why do only 30 mins of my flv videos get converted to wmv?

I've downloaded cinderella via realplayer for my daughter. Ive used 2 different converting programs and they both only convert 30 mins, and no more. Why is this happening? What can I do to convert the whole file? Im converting flv to wmv
