And nothing makes them angrier when you act like their complaint doesn't bother you.
Today at work I was leaving for lunch and a customer stopped me and starting complaining about the lines being too long and how much she hated the company.
I'm a low level, entry level college student who hates this company more than he does. So, I just kind of nodded my head and said, "OK." and went to lunch. He started talking #%@% but I was out the door already.
Seriously, old man. A college student doesn't necessarily care about your complaints. And they complain about EVERYTHING.
