Im the boss at my job and my employees complain so much for no reason. They complain about having no freedom when they need to realize that they are at work for me, and to do whatever I say and want them to do. They can work 90 hours a week if I tell them to, theres no reason to complain about that. If I need them to go a day without working or a break there should be no problem with that. Why to they b---th when I tell them they are going to have to work a 24 hour day sometimes. They need to realize they do what I say or else. Sleep isnt as important as doing I say. They complain that I should be doing my job, but Im their boss and thats what they're lower than me so they can do what I say. Why do my employees always complain?
